Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 29 August 2025 it purchased 110,000 of its own ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Peel Hunt LLP at an average price of 370.76 pence per share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
