Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") or persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 0.5p ("Shares") involving one of its directors, William Wyatt, and a person closely associated with him.
On 17 September 2025, 92,050 Shares were transferred to Mr Wyatt under the Caledonia Investments 2020 Performance Share Scheme ("PSS") at nil cost. The Shares were sourced from The Caledonia Investments plc Employee Share Trust ("EST"). This transaction took place off-market in London.
On the same date, Mr Wyatt sold all 92,050 Shares to The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company ("Dunchurch Lodge"), a private company controlled by him and persons connected with him. The Shares were sold at 376.77p per Share and Dunchurch Lodge purchased the Shares at 376.8p per Share.
On the same date, Dunchurch Lodge purchased the following Shares from another member of the Cayzer family concert party:
· 5,500 Shares at 376.8p per Share; and
· 1,000 Shares at 377.5384p per Share.
Each of these transactions were conducted on-market in London and increased Mr Wyatt's beneficial interests in the Company.
Mr Wyatt's total interests in Shares following the above transactions are as follows:
