This notice replaces the previous announcement dated 8 March 2023 relating to the buyback. Both the total number of shares and the price paid per share have been updated.

The Board of Calculus VCT PLC announces that today the Company has purchased for cancellation 334,652 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 61.3 pence per share.

After cancellation of these shares there will be 51,961,805 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
