The Board of Calculus VCT PLC announces that yesterday the Company purchased for cancellation 38,000 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 73.5 p per share.  Settlement of this transaction is due to take place on 7 November 2018.

After cancellation of these shares there will 14,550,859 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
