The Board of Calculus VCT PLC announces that the Company has today purchased for cancellation 21,000 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 78 p per share.  Settlement of this transaction is due to take place on 15 January 2018.

After cancellation of these shares and cancellation of the 7210 shares purchased on 9 January 2018 there will 11,642,717 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
