Update on Issue of Equity

The Company today announces an update to the announcement of 18 December 2024 made in connection with the offer for subscription for Ordinary Shares of 1p each that opened on 14 October 2024 ("Offer"), and relating to the allotment of 3,459,241 Ordinary Shares ("New Shares") in respect of the 2024/2025 tax year at an average issue price of 57.99 pence per share. Application for the New Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities has been made and it is expected that admission will now take place on or around 13 January 2025.
