Issue of Equity - amendment to listing date

Further to the announcement of 3 September which announced the allotment of 798,895 Ordinary shares of 1p each under the Offer and the allotment of 1,461 Ordinary shares of 1p each under the dividend reinvestment scheme, the Board would like to announce that the 798,895 Ordinary shares were admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market on 7 September 2020. Application for the 1,461 Ordinary Shares allotted under the dividend reinvestment scheme to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities has been made and it is expected that admission will take place on or around 16 September 2020.
