Cancellation of Share Premium Account

Calculus VCT plc (the "Company") announces that earlier today the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Court of England and Wales, confirmed the cancellation of the amount standing to the credit of the share premium account of the Company enabling the application of the resulting distributable capital reserve to be applied in any manner in which the Company's profits available for distribution may be applied.

The directors of the Company were given authority to apply for such cancellation by a special resolution passed at a general meeting of the Company held on 31 August 2017.
