The Company notes that its notice of the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the Company to be held on 8 July 2021 contains a clerical error. The Record Date for the entitlement to attend and vote at the AGM should read as '6 July 2021'.

The correct date of '6 July 2021' was printed on the Form of Proxy.
