Change of Auditor - Calculus VCT plc

On 17 February 2025 Moore Kingston Smith LLP ceased to hold office as auditor of Calculus VCT Plc (the "Company"). The last audited financial statements of the Company were those for the year ended 31 March 2024.

Moore Kingston Smith LLP deposited with the Company a statement of circumstances in connection with them ceasing to hold office that they considered need to be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company. In the statement, Moore Kingston Smith LLP stated that 'there are no circumstances connected with our ceasing to hold office as auditor which we consider should be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors'.

On 10 March 2025 the Company appointed MacIntyre Hudson LLP (trading as MHA) to act as auditor for the year ending 31 March 2025.
