The Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held on 9 October 2018 all resolutions were passed on a show of hands, including the following resolutions 2and 3:

Resolution 2 (special resolution): Dis-application of pre-emption rights

Resolution 3 (special resolution): Reduction of the share premium account
