Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares pursuant to Calcom Employee Stock Option Plan-2018

This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on July 08, 2024 has approved the Allotment of 64320 (Sixty Four Thousand three hundred twenty) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each towards the exercise of vested stock options under the Calcom Employee Stock Option Plan-2018 of the Company.

The Equity Shares rank pari- passu with existing Equity Shares of the Company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 13,45,64,700 /- ( Rupees Thirteen Crore Forty-Five Lacs Sixty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred only) to Rs. 13,52,07,900/- (Rupees Thirteen Crore Fifty-Two Lacs Seven Thousand Nine Hundred only).
