Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares pursuant to Calcom Employee Stock Option Plan-2018

This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee today i.e. June 21, 2023 has approved the Allotment of 41672 (Forty One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Two) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each towards the exercise of vested stock options under the Calcom Employee Stock Option Plan2018 of the Company.

The Equity Shares rank pari- passu with existing Equity Shares of the Company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 12,79,18,020/- Rupees Twelve Crore Seventy-Nine Lacs Eighteen Thousand and Twenty Rupees only) to Rs. 12,83,34,740/- (Rupees Twelve Crore Eighty-Three Lacs Thirty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Rupees only).
