Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares pursuant to Calcom Employee Stock Option Plan-2018

This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on September 13, 2023 has approved the Allotment of 70879 (Seventy Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Nine) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each towards the exercise of vested stock options under the Calcom Employee Stock Option Plan-2018 of the Company.

The Equity Shares rank pari- passu with existing Equity Shares of the Company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 13,38,55,910/- ( Rupees Thirteen Crore Thirty-Eight Lacs Fifty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Ten only) to Rs. 13,45,64,700/- (Rupees Thirteen Crore Forty-Five Lacs Sixty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred only).
