Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 24 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors, the members of the Company at their Annual General Meeting held today, i.e., 30th September 2025, have approved the appointment of M/s Dinkar Sharma & Associates (Firm Unique Code: S2024UP980300), Peer Reviewed Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five (5) financial years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.

The details required pursuant to SEBI LODR are enclosed herewith as Annexure–I.
