This is to inform your good office that in terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 and any other matter as may be considered appropriate by the Board.

Further, as intimated by our letter dated December 31, 2022, the trading window in terms of Company's Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, would remain closed from January 1, 2023 until the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2022.
