India, July 28, 2025: Calcom Vision Limited, one of India’s leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Provider and Original Design Manufacturers (ODM) engaged in the production of energy-efficient electronics and consumer durables, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Calcom Astra Private Limited , to steer its exports business and accelerate its international expansion plans.

Calcom Astra will focus on strengthening Calcom Vision’s footprint in key global markets particularly the USA and Europe with an integrated approach to exports, sourcing, and vendor development. The new subsidiary is aligned with the company’s strategy to respond swiftly to evolving global trade dynamics and growing demand from international customers.

Mr. Rajat Behal has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Calcom Astra.
