Subject: Outcome of the meeting of Preferential Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Calcom Vision Limited (“the Company”).

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the captioned subject and in continuation to the outcome of the meeting of board of directors of the Company dated April 20, 2023, we wish to inform your good office that due to an inadvertent typographical error, the name of one of the allottees was wrongly mentioned as Mr. Anand Mohan instead of Ms. Hena Prasun.

The names of the abovementioned allottee shall also be replaced in Annexure I to the outcome of Board meeting dated April 18, 2023 wherein details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 were mentioned.

You are requested to kindly take note of the above.

Other terms of issue shall mutatis mutandis remain same.

The meeting of the Committee commenced at 02:00 P.M. and concluded at 02:30 P.M.
