- Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of LODR Cessation of term of Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) pursuant to his promotion to the new role as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company.

Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to our intimation dated 14[th] February, 2025, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 14, 2025 had approved the promotion of Mr. Debasish Mukherjee as the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) from Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of the Company with effect from April 01, 2025.

Mr. Debasish Mukherjee has ceased to be the COO and has taken the chair of CEO, effective today.

He joined us on March 1, 2024, as Chief Operating Officer and has delivered exceptional performance over the past 13 months. He successfully launched new products, aligned the team towards a common goal, and is now set to take on a larger role as CEO of Calcom Vision Limited.

The information in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09.09.2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed in Annexure I.
