Sub: Intimation of Extension of Time for holding 35[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 Calcom Vision Limited has filed an application before Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana (ROC) for an extension of holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year 2019-20. The Registrar of Companies on receipt of application has approved the application on the reasons and circumstances stated therein and extended the date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Two Months.

Vide notification ROC/Delhi/AGM Ext./2020/11538 dated 08.09.2020, the ROC of Delhi and Haryana grant the approval for extension of holding AGM upto 3 months from the due date of the AGM to all the Companies which fall under their jurisdiction.

The Company will hold the 35[th] AGM for the Financial Year 19-20 on or before 31.12.2020.
