The Company has been notified that on 25 November 2021, Mr Sukh Chamdal, Chief Executive Officer, reduced his interest in in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), through the sale of 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares which were held by his spouse at a price of 350 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Dealing"). Following the Dealing, Mr Chamdal is interested in c9.79 million Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 24.47 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
