Milan, 28 January 2019 - Cairo Communication announces the passing, on Saturday 26 January 2019, of Antonio Magnocavallo, non-executive director of the Company.

The Chairman and the entire Board of Directors recall his outstanding qualities as a lawyer and the professionalism, integrity and loyalty expressed as director of Cairo Communication since 2000.

Mr. Magnocavallo had been elected from the list submitted by the shareholder U.T. Communications S.p.A. and was a member of the Control and Risk Committee.
