Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Dublin/London, 24 April 2017: Cairn Homes plc ("Cairn", or the "Company") (LSE:CRN), the Irish homebuilding company, announces the appointment of Timothy Kenny as Chief Financial Officer and Director. Mr Kenny joins Cairn from Musgrave Group plc., Ireland's largest grocery and food distribution business, where he was Group Finance Director and Company Secretary for 12 years. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a former Finance Director with Dunloe Ewart plc. He will commence his role later this year.

"I'm delighted that Tim is joining Cairn as CFO and he will bring a wealth of experience to the role as we strengthen the senior management team to continue the development and scaling of the business in the coming years," said Michael Stanley, Chief Executive of Cairn. "In addition to Tim's strong technical capability as a CFO, he also brings excellent business development and commercial experience of scaling large businesses."
