Change of Company Secretary

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Harbour Centre Development Limited (the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce the following changes to take effect on 13 January 2021:

• (1) Mr. Kevin Chung Ying HUI (“ Mr. Hui ”) has tendered his resignation as Company Secretary of the Company; and

• (2) Ms. Grace Lai Chu HO (“ Ms. Ho ”) has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company.

Ms. Ho is a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute, and has extensive experience in company secretarial and compliance practices. She holds a dual master’s degree in business administration and business informatics, a bachelor’s degree in law and a bachelor’s degree in business studies.

The Board takes this opportunity to express its appreciation to Mr. Hui for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of office and to welcome Ms. Ho on her new appointment.
