Transfer of shares held in treasury

Caffyns plc ("the Company") announces that on 15th February 2024 it transferred to participants in the Company's employee SAYE scheme 2,079 ordinary shares for the exercise of options under the SAYE 2020 scheme at a price of 306 pence per share.  The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares. The Company has received the proceeds of £6,361.74 in cash.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 140,499 of its ordinary shares in treasury.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is 2,738,799.
