The Company announces that on 3rd June 2014, Simon Caffyn, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 1850 ordinary shares at 615p per share.

The Company announces that on the 4th June 2014, Simon Caffyn, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares at 612.25p per share.  

Mr Caffyn has a beneficial holding in the Company, following the notification of this transaction, of 49,216 ordinary shares representing 1.78% of the ordinary shares of the Company.

The percentage of ordinary shares noted above excludes shares held in treasury.
