Caffyns plc ("Caffyns" or the "Company") was notified on 23 August 2013 that on 16 August 2013 Mr Robert Caffyn gifted for nil consideration 13,981 ordinary Caffyns shares to Sarah Caffyn, an executive Director of the Company. 

Following this transfer, Sarah Caffyn has a beneficial holding of 36,971 ordinary Caffyns shares representing 1.33% of the Company's issued ordinary shares.

Following this and other such transfers, Mr Robert Caffyn has a beneficial interest in 101,282 ordinary Caffyns shares representing 3.63% of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
