Directorate change

Caffyns plc ("Caffyns" or the "Company") today announces that Mark Harrison, Finance Director, has notified the Company of his intention to retire on 31 July 2016 and will, until then, continue in his present role. The Company will start the formal recruitment process to identify his successor with immediate effect.

Commenting, Simon Caffyn, Chief Executive said:

"Mark has been Finance Director of Caffyns since April 2000 and has played a hugely significant role in the Company and has made an outstanding contribution to the business during that time. He will continue in his present position until he retires and we shall, in the meantime, identify a suitable successor."
