AGM INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT

Richard Wright, Chairman of Caffyns plc, the automotive retailer covering eight car franchises on 12 sites in the south of England, will make the following Interim Management Statement at the Company's Annual General Meeting at 2.30pm today:

"At the time of our full year results announcement on 31 May 2013 the Board's expectation was for further progress in operational results this financial year. I am pleased to announce that the Company has made gains, on a like for like basis, with new car unit sales up 22% and used car unit sales up 18%. The full year's result will be dependent on the continued buoyancy of the UK car market and, in particular, the peak month of March.

Construction of the new Caffyns Volkswagen dealership in Worthing has started and is on plan for completion in February 2014 and we will shortly begin development of an enlarged Skoda dealership in Ashford."
