Corporation of $150,000,011.10 (the Concurrent Private Placement). The Shares sold pursuant to the Concurrent Private Placement will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus one day from the Closing Date. No commission
shall be payable to the Underwriters on the Concurrent Private Placement. |
