PLACEMENT FOR POTASH PROJECT ADVANCEMENT

FYI Resources Limited (ASX: FYI) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed a small placement of $300,000 through the issue of 7,142,857 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.042 per share. The capital raising was managed by Peloton Capital and placed to sophisticated investors.

The proceeds of the issue will be used for advancing the Laos potash strategy including additional drilling on the Sino-Lao project and to further the due diligence review.
