TRADING HALT
The securities of FYI Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 30 July, 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
FYI Resources Limited (FYI) requests an immediate Trading Halt on its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.
FYI requests that the Trading Halt remain in place until such time as it makes an announcement to the market regarding the capital raising but in any event not beyond the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 30 July 2015.
FYI is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.
