Extension to Closing Date

The Directors of Freedom Eye Ltd (ASX: FYI) advise that the closing date for the acceptance of public offer applications for the capital raising announced on 27 November 2009 is to be further extended to 12 February 2010 .

Although the date for the acceptance of priority offers expired on 22 January 2010, the Directors encourage those shareholders of Freedom Eye Limited and Empire Resources Limited that are interested in participating to send in their applications before the closing date. Applications from these shareholders will be considered favourably when finalising allocations.
