Effective Date for Consolidation of Capital

The Directors of Freedom Eye Ltd advise that the consolidation of capital approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held yesterday is conditional on the Company raising the minimum subscription pursuant to the Prospectus released 27 November 2009.

The Company will confirm the effective date of the consolidation in due course.
