Extension to Closing Dates

The Directors of Freedom Eye Ltd (ASX: FYI) advise that the closing date for the acceptance of applications for the capital raising announced on 27 November has been extended.

The closing date for priority offers to FYI and Empire Resources (ASX: ERL) shareholders has been extended to 22 January 2010 .

The closing date for the public offer will be 29 January 2010 .

New investors as well as existing shareholders of FYI and ERL are encouraged to submit their applications as soon as possible as the offer may close earlier if applications for the full amount to be raised are received prior to these dates.
