Perth, Australia. 13 May 2009 : Freedom Eye Limited (ASX: FYI) has today received a shareholder requisition pursuant to Section 249D of the Corporations Act to call and hold a General Meeting of the Company. The General Meeting has been requisitioned to considering the following resolution:

Resolution 1 - Removal of William Ardrey as a director. “That William Ardrey be and is hereby removed as a director of the Company with effect from the closure of the meeting.”

A copy of the Requisition is attached hereto.
