Perth, Australia. 15 May 2009 : The Board of Freedom Eye Limited (ASX: FYI) advise that Dr William Ardrey has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. The Board thanks Dr Ardrey for his contribution to the Company and wishes him the best with his future endeavours.
The Freedom Eye Board will now comprise three directors, with the appointment of Dr David Sparling as a director of the Board.
Freedom Eye will continue to progress the initiatives of: conserving cash and exploring compelling and financeable new business opportunities for the Company.
