FINALISATION OF C.O.O. CONTRACT
Summary
• The position of C.O.O. made redundant.
Perth, Australia. 11 August 2009 : The Board of Freedom Eye Limited (ASX: FYI) advise, that as a consequence of its previously announced reduction in research and development activities associated with the Coramsine® project and the Company’s continuing initiatives to conserve cash, the position of Chief Operating Officer has been made redundant. A termination settlement has been negotiated with Dr Sparling who has filled this and similar positions with the Company since 2005.
The Board wishes to thank Dr Sparling for his efforts in the various management roles he has performed for the Company. Dr Sparling remains as a director of the Company.
