AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

FYI Resources Limited (ASX: FYI) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting will be held Friday, 27 November 2020. The Company will follow the measures in place as set by the Australian and Western Australian governments for the restriction of gatherings and the implementation of social distancing requirements in response to COVID-19.

All director nominations, together with a consent to act, for election at the 2020 Annual General Meeting are to be received in writing no later than 5:00 pm (Perth time) on Friday, 9 October 2020 at the Company’s registered office, Units 8-9, 88 Forrest Street, Cottesloe, Western Australia 6011.
