Due to the material intra-month movement in the RHG share price along with material price moves of a number of other stocks in the Cadence Capital Limited portfolio, we wish to provide a revised Net Tangible Asset Backing as at the 15[th] February 2013:

Pre-Tax NTA $1.426

Post Tax NTA $1.425
