After Cable One, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its proposed acquisition of all of the outstanding equity interests in RBI Holding LLC (“NewWave”) on January 18, 2017, the Company intends to provide certain information about NewWave at various meetings with institutional investors, analysts, and/or prospective lenders commencing after the filing of this Current Report on Form 8-K. A copy of this information is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
