On July 22, 2015, the proportion of voting rights held by AXA S.A., 25, Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris, France, exceeded the threshold of 4% of the voting rights of CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft and amounted to 4.04% (3,988,972 voting rights). According to section 92 SEA the 4.04% (3,988,972 voting rights) are attributable to AXA S.A..
