CA Immobilien Anlagen AG: New main shareholder O1 Group Limited completes acquisition of 16 % stake in CA Immo

Vienna (pta025/28.10.2014/16:45) - 28.10.2014. CA Immobilien Anlagen AG hereby announces that following the fulfilment of all necessary conditions, in particular the authorisation from the antitrust authorities, the sale to O1 Group Limited of the entire shareholding of approximately 16.1% of the capital stock of CA Immo held by UniCredit Bank Austria has completed today. With the completion of the sale Mr. Helmut Bernkopf and Mr. Reinhard Madlencnik, the Supervisory Board members representing the seller, resigned their posts with immediate effect.
