The Management Board of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG today, on November 26, 2025, resolved to enter into a letter of intent (LOI) with a potential purchaser to conduct exclusive due diligence and negotiations with the aim of a potential sale of the remaining portfolio in Czechia. The outcome of such transaction is uncertain, and still subject to final board approval, with any potential transaction expected to be completed in the course of 2026.
