CA Immobilien Anlagen AG: Successful appeal in "BUWOG" claim against the Republic of Austria and the Province of Carinthia

Vienna, 04.06.2024. CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft was informed today that its appeal against the firstinstance dismissal of the "BUWOG" claim (partial claim with a value in dispute of EUR 1 million) against the Republic of Austria and the Province of Carinthia due to the statute of limitations was successful. The Vienna Higher Regional Court as the court of appeal ruled that the company's claim was not time-barred. This appeal judgement may still be appealed to the Supreme Court.
