CA Immobilien Anlagen AG: RETRACTION OF THE NOTIFICATION OF VOTING RIGHTS OF DEUTSCHE BANK AG

Vienna (pta022/20.02.2014/17:15) - Pursuant to § 93 (2) of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft hereby announces, that Deutsche Bank AG retracts the substantial shareholding notification dated February 14, 2014 for over 5% in CA Immobilien Anlagen AG, which was published by the company on February 18, 2014. The error was caused by an incomplete disclosure of intra-day positions.

As of February 12, 2014, Deutsche Bank AG's aggregate holdings remain below the 4% initial disclosure threshold and will not be reportable under §§ 91 und 91a of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act.
