Wien (pta016/08.03.2019/18:00) - At today's meeting, the Supervisory Board of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (the "Company") appointed Dr. Andreas Schillhofer (47) member of the Executive Board and new CFO of the Company with effect from 1 October 2019 or earlier. Dr. Andreas Schillhofer held executive positions with various financial institutions, amongst others Mediobanca, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Greenhill & Co., before moving to PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2016 where he was responsible for listed and large private real estate companies.
