Today, the supervisory board members Dr. Wolfgang Ruttenstorfer, Ms. Barbara Knoflach and Dr. Maria Doralt informed CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft (the "Company") that they will resign from the Company's supervisory board effective 10 November 2016 in line with the applicable period set-forth in the Company's articles of association.
