GENERAL MEETING – NOTICE AND PROXY FORM
Dear Shareholder,
Notice is given that an Extraordinary General Meeting (Meeting) of Shareholders of C29 Metals Limited (ASX: C29 , “ C29 Metals ”, “the Company ”) will be held as follows:
Time and date: 10:00am (Perth time) on 6 May 2024
Location: Level 2, 23 Railway Rd, Subiaco WA 6008.
In accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company will not be dispatching physical copies of the Notice of General Meeting (Notice) to shareholders unless a shareholder has previously requested a hard copy. Instead, a copy of the Notice is available at the following link https://c29metals.com.au/
If you have nominated an email address and have elected to receive electronic communications from the Company, you will also receive an email to your nominated email address with a link to an electronic copy of the Notice.
You may vote by attending the Meeting in person, by proxy or by appointing an authorised representative.
Shareholders are encouraged to vote online at https://investor.automic.com.au/#/loginsah or by returning the enclosed proxy form by:

Your proxy voting instruction must be received by 10:00am (WST) on 4 May 2024, being not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Meeting. Any proxy voting instructions received after that time will not be valid for the Meeting.
