RESTRICTED SECURITIES RELEASED FROM ESCROW
C29 Metals Limited (“ C29 ” or the “ Company ”) hereby advises that 1,216,667 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) were released from escrow on 25 June 2022. An Appendix 2A application has been submitted for the quotation of the Shares.
The Company’s current capital structure (post escrow) is as follows:
